That's a rendering issue of your player and has nothing to do with Streamlink Twitch GUI, which is just a parameter generator and launcher for Streamlink (or Livestreamer, although deprecated). Audio plays but video does not appear, tested on multiple streams.

Launch Streamlink Twitch GUI > Livestreams > Launch Stream.

When launching a stream via Streamlink Twitch GUI, VLC player will open, audio will begin playing but video will never start.

I have read the contribution guidelines und used the search function to find already existing threads.

I tried solving my issue by reading the project's wiki first.

I understand the difference between Streamlink and Streamlink Twitch GUI.
